Holidays No Problem Booking Procedure
Please read this carefully
- Please Fill in and send the " AVAILABILITY REQUEST" form in full.
- We will reply with availability and tariff within one working day.
- 30 % deposit is required on confirmation to secure the booking.
- Balance must be paid 45 days prior to your arrival.
- If your booking date is less than 45 days from your arrival date,
then you are required to pay the FULL AMOUNT.

After deposit has been received, we will forward our booking confirmation and travel information
via e-mail or fax.

Holidays NO Problem reserves the right to regard the booking as cancelled if the balance is
not received by due date and, shall be entitled to retain any deposit paid.

With the sending of the availability form the customer agrees to accept our
terms and conditions.
If you prefer to pay via bank transfer, please contact us
or state this preference into the "note" field of
the Availability request form
and we will send you the bank details.
Holidays No Problem strongly advise the client to buy a travel insurance to cover
booking cancellations.
